Head of Production Operations

As a seasoned expert in operational management, you will take charge of the daily functions at our facility. Your role will involve coordinating logistics, refurbishment, and quality assurance sectors, ensuring the effective execution and monitoring of central processes and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Your primary objective will be to perpetually enhance processes to boost performance metrics. Furthermore, you will provide direction for optimal workflow, lead and inspire a team proficiently, and maintain quality standards, workplace safety, and data privacy.

Your Qualifications

  • Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous, whether as a site manager, production supervisor, or operations director.
  • A hands-on approach, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and robust implementation skills, is essential.
  • A solid grasp of processes, IT proficiency, and a strong numerical aptitude are critical.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, empathy, and a positive outlook towards inclusion and diversity are vital.
