About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dorint Ambassador. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring that they feel at home in our hotel.
• Work closely with our food and beverage team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and exceed our guests' expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
• Collaborate with our housekeeping team to ensure that our guests' rooms are clean and well-maintained.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting your colleagues and promoting a sense of community.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to changing circumstances.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
