Job Description

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Erstellung und Fortschreibung des BIM-Projektabwicklungsplans.
  • Einhaltung der festgelegten Meilensteine und Fertigstellungsgrade für die periodischen BIM-Übergaben an den Auftraggeber inklusive der notwendigen Abstimmungen mit dem BIM-Manager.
  • Festlegung und Durchführung der Koordination inklusive der Kollisionsprüfung mit dem BIM-Koordinationsmodell und fachliche Freigabe und Überprüfung der BIM-Fachmodelle der Objekt- und Fachplaner im Sinne der Koordinierbarkeit.
  • Freigabe des BIM-Koordinationsmodells für die Planungsbesprechungen und Verfolgung der am BIM-Koordinationsmodell festgestellten Änderungsanforderungen.
  • Prüfung und Freigabe der Übergabe des BIM-Koordinationsmodells an den Auftraggeber zu den vereinbarten Projektmeilensteinen.
Qualifikationen und Anforderungen
  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion.
  • Sie besitzen fundierte Erfahrung in der übergeordneten Steuerung von modellbasierten Projekten.
  • Sie haben gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in Autodesk Revit, Solibri Model Checke, des Issue-Managements, sowie weiteren Planungswerkzeugen der BIM Methode.
  • Sie überzeugen durch sicheres Auftreten, soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Sie sind interessiert an neuen Technologien und haben Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten.
