Your Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every shopper enjoys their visit as they seek the best for their pets.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, guiding them in selecting the right products, whether it's for dietary needs or playtime essentials.
- Manage inventory effectively, overseeing both incoming and outgoing stock as well as processing orders.
- Engage with customers proactively, sharing information about promotions while accurately handling transactions.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, ensuring that products are attractively displayed and easily accessible.
Your Profile:
- A genuine passion for animals that inspires and engages customers.
- Strong communication skills that allow you to effectively convey product benefits and services.
- A willingness to learn about animal care topics, supported by our comprehensive training.
- Previous experience in retail or a completed commercial apprenticeship is advantageous, but we welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds.
