Our Xylem Analytics Germany division is on the lookout for a Financial Controller / Analyst to become a vital part of our team in Weilheim (remote work options available). In this role within an international manufacturing environment, you will be instrumental in establishing and executing robust financial controls.

• Drive the ongoing enhancement of cost assessments and ensure transparency in costs at the production facility level.
• Perform variance analysis, generate ad-hoc reports, and assist in financial reporting, including material cost analysis.
• Compile reports and presentations for executive management.
• Engage in budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives, particularly within the ERP framework.

• A relevant degree in finance or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a comparable position.
• Expertise in ERP systems and advanced Excel analysis; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• A strong collaborator with a team-oriented mindset.
