Additionally: With the trainee program, you can shorten the 3-year training to become a retail salesperson (m/f/d) to just 18 months and focus on leadership. What you will learn with us:

• Conducting advisory and sales discussions
• Managing digital market systems, as well as procurement, storage, and inventory control
• Organizing the overall market, including personnel planning and team leadership
• Implementing projects aimed at customer retention and quality assurance
• Analyzing sales statistics and assessing profitability (e.g., inventory checks)
