Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor (m/w/d) to join our team at the LEGO Store München Pasing in a part-time capacity. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage inventory, merchandise, and visual displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide training and coaching to sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new technology quickly
