Accor Hotel Receptionist Job Description

As a Receptionist at Accor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Check-in and check-out procedures
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient service flow, adhering to our quality standards
  • Initiating personalized experiences for our guests
  • Working with Accor's internal booking systems, ResaWeb and FOLS
  • Reservation management
  • Invoice creation
  • Operating the hotel cash register

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in hospitality or relevant experience in the industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Flexibility and creativity, with a high quality focus even in challenging situations
  • Ability to work as part of a supportive team, with a willingness to assist across departments
  • Proficiency in German and English, with additional languages a plus
