Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document complex technical requirements for various projects
  • Facilitate customer workshops and develop tailored concepts
  • Collaborate with developers to implement advanced ECM projects utilizing ELO ECM
  • Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation for delivered projects
  • Support internal initiatives and create custom modules for ELO solutions
Qualifications:
  • Completed education or degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience in consultancy roles within technology-driven sectors
  • Proficient knowledge of ELO ECM solutions
  • Basic understanding of project-specific custom development or interface programming (Java, JavaScript, VB, C, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills, independence, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Confident communication skills, ability to work in teams, flexibility, and readiness to travel
  • Excellent proficiency in German, both spoken and written, along with good English skills
