IT Security and Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Security Strategy and Compliance: Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of JUCR's infrastructure and data. Establish and maintain company-wide security standards and controls, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Incident Response and Management: Own, track, and resolve security-related incidents and requests. Participate in the design of security architecture for current and future infrastructure implementations.
- Security Operations and Monitoring: Lead real-time analysis of immediate threats, triage incidents, and implement programs or projects that mitigate risks. Manage technical risk assessments for new and existing services and IT infrastructure.
- Compliance and Governance: Oversee the continued development of a corporate security awareness and training program. Ensure that cyber security policies and procedures are communicated to all personnel and compliance is enforced.
- Vendor Management and Procurement: Evaluate and manage various IT-related tool procurements and services with vendors.
- Infrastructure and Data Center Management: Monitor and manage data center operations to ensure maximum uptime. Manage Google Workspace Admin console and ensure all servers and devices are secured.
