Business Development Associate

Business Development Role at edding AG
We are seeking a talented individual to support our Business Unit Office and Industry Supplies (OFIS) in developing our business in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and analyze business unit relevant data and information, including preparation of presentations and research.
- Support the development of business across Europe for the edding B2B channels with a focus on the office, education, and industrial channels, trade, and consumers.
- Collaborate in project work and other initiatives in the context of Sustainability/ESG/CSR.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams or agile squads.
- Support in analyzing the sales area/market's potential, track concepts, and assist in creating actions.
- Support the teams in overarching administrative and organizational tasks, such as budget management and the organization of important meetings and events.
Requirements:
- Finished business studies, comparable training, apprenticeship, or commercial education.
- First international business development experience in B2B markets with a focus on strategic marketing and sales topics.
- Basic understanding of customer/consumer needs and customer orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- Fluency in English.
- Team player with hands-on attitude.
- Good communication skills.
