Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented Influencer Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for researching and identifying new influencers to collaborate with NAMZA, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with multiple influencers. You will also handle relationship management between influencers, their agencies, and our brand, briefing them according to our expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify new influencers to collaborate with NAMZA
- Closing deals and maintaining relationships with multiple influencers
- Handle relationship management between influencers, their agencies, and our brand
- Execute our Influencer Marketing strategy to secure the company's revenue growth target
- Take the lead for negotiations on performance and budget
- Analyze Influencer Marketing campaigns to understand the results of our efforts and report on relevant KPIs
- Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business, or related studies
- First experience in Brand, PR, Sales, or Marketing - preferably in Influencer Marketing
- Excellent Italian and English skills
- Understanding of revenue, targets, and KPIs
- Focused on results, creative thinking, and strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for Beauty, Numbers, and Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Hands-on attitude and ownership
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)
