Das Institut für medizinische und pharmazeutische Prüfungsfragen (IMPP) spielt eine zentrale Rolle in der Durchführung und Organisation der bundesweiten Prüfungen für die Studiengänge Medizin, Pharmazie und Psychotherapie. In naher Zukunft wird auch die Zahnmedizin in die Prüfungsformate integriert. Das IMPP ist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung neuer Prüfungsformate und hat das bestehende Angebot um innovative Prüfungsansätze erweitert. Durch seine umfassenden Aufgaben trägt das IMPP zur Sicherstellung der Ausbildungsqualität und zur Verbesserung der Gesundheitsversorgung in Deutschland bei.

Stellenangebot im Fachbereich Psychotherapie
  • Administrative Fachkraft in der Gesundheitsverwaltung (m/w/d)
Aufgabenbereich
  • Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen wie Konferenzen, Workshops, Schulungen und Seminaren
  • Organisation und Unterstützung bei Schulungsveranstaltungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Rekrutierung von Fachleuten
  • Koordination von Terminen für Kommissionssitzungen und andere relevante Treffen
  • Betreuung von externen Fachkräften und Schulungsteilnehmern
  • Unterstützung bei der Einsatzplanung von externen Fachkräften sowie bei bundesweiten Schulungen und Prüfungen
  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Datenbanken, einschließlich der Abrechnung
  • Erstellung von Materialien, Dokumenten und Handbüchern
  • Unterstützung von Projektgruppen und deren Dokumentation
  • Durchführung von Literatur- und Datenrecherchen
  • Führung nationaler und internationaler Korrespondenz
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Verwaltungsbereich oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Proaktive Arbeitsweise und hohe Motivation
  • Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Konzepte
  • Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS-Office, sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken und Online-Anwendungen
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit; gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
