Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Manager to join our team in Branding and Packaging. As a Packaging Manager, you will be responsible for creating innovative packaging solutions for our private label products. You will work closely with our suppliers to ensure that our packaging meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement packaging strategies to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of our products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaging meets regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest packaging trends and technologies
- Manage packaging budgets and ensure that costs are optimized
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of packaging materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging management or a related field
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
