Position: Tax Specialist / Financial Accountant (m/f/d) for a full-time role
Company Overview: Max Ullmann GmbH is a well-established family-run enterprise with a dedicated team of around 65 professionals. We are engaged in carpentry, hospitality, and property management. We are currently looking for a qualified individual to join our finance department, as we seek to fill a key position due to succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with HGB standards.
- Acting as the primary liaison for auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Management of ongoing financial transactions, including receivables, payables, asset management, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensuring accuracy in account reconciliations and monitoring of outstanding items.
- Evaluating the tax implications of various business scenarios.
- Coordinating financial and tax-related activities.
- Providing support in property management, operating cost settlements, and payroll processing.
- Driving the optimization and digital transformation of financial processes.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed training as a Tax Specialist or Accountant, or equivalent qualifications.
- Extensive experience in financial accounting and reporting, with knowledge in property management.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP systems (experience with Lexware is a plus).
