About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Widebody Programme Manager to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the governance of our widebody programmes, ensuring seamless execution and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Governance: Represent the overall Cabin & Cargo interests in the Widebody Programme governance structure, facilitating effective communication and escalation between stakeholders.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Accountable for parts of the Widebody programme cabin & cargo governance, making informed decisions that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Agile Project Management: Apply Agile methodologies to manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Budget Allocation: Allocate and manage dedicated budget lines for AOP, ensuring optimal resource utilization and ROI.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed studies in Electrical engineering, aircraft construction, engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Experience: Over two years of professional experience in Configuration Management, Manufacturing/Production, Aircraft construction, Aerospace, Process improvement, or Quality management.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of change, project, and risk management, as well as ICC. Fluency in German and English.
  • Autonomy and Travel: High level of autonomy and ability to travel approximately every 2 months.
