Job Title: Supervisor (m/w/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor (m/w/d) to join our team at GEODIS CL Germany GmbH in Cologne. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring the smooth flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate and implement logistics processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
