Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain injection molding machines independently during continuous shifts.
• Set up and fine-tune molding machines along with associated equipment.
• Identify and resolve production challenges effectively.
• Record modifications in injection parameters accurately.
• Work collaboratively with various internal teams.

• Completed vocational training in a relevant discipline.
• Strong ability to work reliably and independently.
• Familiarity with IT applications.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in a 5-shift system within clean room environments.
