Architect / Industrial Architect (f/m/d) - Energy Transition Specialist

We are Uniper, a leading energy company transforming the world of energy while ensuring security of supply. Our Civil Engineering Team in Gelsenkirchen is seeking a skilled professional to join our diverse and dynamic team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and coordination of energy plant construction projects, from new construction to maintenance, for work phases 1-7 of the HOAI.
- Ensure quality assurance of planning, including external subcontractors.
- Coordinate the planning of services and documentation.
- Communicate with authorities, partner companies, power plants, and project employees.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies at a technical university or college with a degree in engineering or a related field.
- First-hand experience in property planning for industrial and commercial construction or energy plant construction.
- Proficient in MS Office and 3D CAD software, such as AutoCAD Architecture 3D and/or Revit.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with HOAI and VOB.
- Authorization to submit building documents as a design author.
