Overview
Our teams are engaged in developing innovative LLM-based solutions aimed at enhancing the job-seeking experience for candidates and improving talent matching for recruiters through advanced semantic search techniques. We utilize proprietary LLMs deployed on AWS alongside Vector DBs to facilitate effective retrieval.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of systems centered around LLM inference, including advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Collaboration will be key as you work closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Big Data Engineers, Cloud Software Engineers, and DevOps professionals within a Scrum framework. Your expertise will help streamline deployment processes and establish best practices in MLOps for large-scale models, contributing to a future where finding a new job is seamless.
Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Machine Learning Architect, you will focus on implementing and operationalizing ML-based services using Sagemaker, while also enhancing the delivery of machine learning products. You will play a crucial role in establishing and applying best practices for MLOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) to optimize deployment efficiency, scalability, and resource management in LLM-based pipelines. This position allows you to directly influence the experiences of job seekers and recruiters. Utilize your expertise to create a framework for semantically aligning talents with job profiles globally, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and a comprehensive understanding of ML systems. We seek an individual who values collaboration, is eager to learn, and is ready to engage in technical discussions, bringing cutting-edge technology and insights to our search and recommendation solutions. Highlight your experience in enhancing processes, standards, and methodologies, along with a background in mentoring junior engineers. Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related discipline. Proficiency in production-level Python (Clean, SOLID) and hands-on experience with Amazon Sagemaker for deploying LLMs. Familiarity with LLM-related libraries, such as PyTorch and Transformers. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD, and best practices in test automation. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.Additional Information
