Caregiver Department Head

Ergotherapist Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled Ergotherapist to lead our team of caregivers at DSG Deutsche Seniorenstift Gesellschaft. As a leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the caregiving department, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration among caregivers.
• Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Supervise and mentor caregivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Ergotherapy or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a caregiving setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
