Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at I. K. Hofmann. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting eccentric presses and machines in the mass conveyor and resistance welding machines area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and adjusting equipment to meet production requirements
- Performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance
- Changing tools and fixtures as needed
- Conducting quality control checks on manufactured components
- Participating in the implementation of process improvements
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in the metal sector (e.g. Industrial Mechanic or Machinist)
- Ability to work in a 2-shift schedule
- Strong German language skills
- Excellent quality awareness
- Team player with excellent communication skills
