Wir suchen dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Unternehmenssitz in Rostock.

  • Management der Entwicklung und Wartung von Mobile Applikationen im Rahmen des gesamten Software-Lebenszyklus
  • Leitung des (externen) Entwicklungsteams
  • Definition und Gewährleistung hoher Qualitäts- und Leistungsstandards
  • Planen und dokumentieren technischer Spezifikationen für eine klare Development-Roadmap  
  • Entwickeln und konfigurieren von Applikationen, um Anforderungen des Business zu erfüllen
  • Aufbau interner Entwicklungskapazitäten, falls erforderlich
  • Definieren von Standards für testbarem, skalierbarem und effizientem Code sowie Durchführung von Code-Reviews
  • Mentoring für jüngere Teammitglieder und Förderung von Best Practices in der Branche
  • Aktive Neugier für relevante neue Technologien und Branchentrends, um Innovationen innerhalb des Softwareprodukts voranzutreiben
  • Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten, insbesondere bei der Entwicklung und dem Betrieb von Mobile Solutions
  • Erfahrung mit kontinuierlichen Integrations- und Deployment-Prozessen (CI/CD)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit verschiedenen Programmiersprachen, Frameworks und Architekturdesigns, die für die Mobile App-Entwicklung relevant sind  
  • Kenntnisse zur Überwachung und Optimierung der Performance von Applikationen
  • Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung sowie im Management von third-party Developern und Suppliern
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Hervorragende kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte an branchenfremde Stakeholder zu vermitteln
