Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Automation Engineer (m/f/d) is responsible for providing expertise and resources for specification, design and implementation work for automation software configurations.This position reports to the Sr. Manager, NPT 1 and is part of the Systems Engineering department located in Dreieich and will be an on-site role.What you will doProviding expertise and resources for specification, design and implementation work for automation software configurationsExpertise and resources for integration and build of automation software configuration releases and preparation of software configurations as a deliverableMaintenance and development of procedures/processes that control the development and testing of automation software configurationsDesign and implementation of user interfaces for automation software configurationsDesign and implementation of algorithms and functions in automation software configurations according to technical specificationWho you areMSc or similar education in the automation/software areaOverall experience of a few years in automation design and from development of SCADA/HMI controlled bioprocess systemsExperience from investigation, process improvements, line activitiesDevelopment and Implementation experience with automation technologies subjected to project needs that include: PLC programming, for example using Rockwell/Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Studio5000), Siemens TIA Portal, Codesys or similar and Configuration of automation softwareAn understanding of the automation development process including tasks such as establishing requirements specifications and writing technical reports and documentation following standard methodologyTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment RequirementsAbility to travel – approx. 20% travelValid driver's license class BIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience inExperience working in GMP environmentStrong communications skillsStrong collaboration skillsFluent in english and german beneficialBenefitsBeing part of a state-of the art working field and shaping the way of future medicinesDevelopment opportunities at Cytiva and within the Danaher GroupInternational corporate environment in a rapidly growing industryAttractive salary and bonus system#LI-AC1Join our winning team today.
