We’re a fast-growing leader in medical device innovation, and we’re looking for a talented, ambitious Market Development Manager to accelerate our growth in Germany. As our Market Development Manager for Germany, you’ll be at the forefront of commercial strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams and partners to expand our footprint and accelerate adoption of Endomag’s pioneering technologies. You’ll lead projects, launch innovative products, and develop strategic solutions to shape the future of cancer care in Germany. What to Expect: - Drive commercial success by collaborating with German sales teams and distribution partners. - Spearhead the launch of new technologies and indications in the German market. - Support the transition to a direct sales model and the commercialisation of UK operations in Germany. - Develop clinical support plans and execute high-impact educational events with key opinion leaders (KOLs). - Champion the Endomag brand through strategic marketing activities and partnerships. - Provide market intelligence and contribute to economic and reimbursement strategies. - Optimise CRM databases and maintain expert-level market knowledge. - Monitor competitor activity and ensure quality reporting to the QARA team. - Identify new therapy areas and develop strategic growth plans. What We Expect: - Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent. - 7+ years’ experience in medical device commercial/marketing roles, with proven sales success. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong business and financial acumen; oncology/breast oncology experience preferred. - Experience organising educational events and managing KOL relationships. - Willingness to travel and work flexibly across Germany. - Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
