At ROSEN, we are at the forefront of the digital transformation of critical infrastructure anomaly assessment. As part of our strategic vision, we are developing a state-of-the-art, AI-driven solution designed to modernize our evaluation processes, increase efficiency, and deliver high-quality results to our customers.

Our new project is a key pillar of our digital transformation strategy and focuses on cloud-native architectures, advanced AI models and a modern JavaScript technology stack to streamline workflows, modernize the portfolio, and revolutionize how we analyze and interpret pipeline integrity data. By leveraging machine learning, advanced data processing, and cutting-edge web technologies, we aim to significantly reduce cycle times, increase customer satisfaction, and provide an intuitive, seamless user experience.

For our development team in Lingen (Ems) or Osnabrück we are looking for a

Full Stack Developer (all genders welcome)

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Next.js,and TypeScript
- Implement and optimize backend services and APIs running in a Kubernetespowered Azure environment
- Work within a monorepo architecture to ensure modularity and efficient codemanagement
- Collaborate closely with AI & Data teams to interact with real-time analytics andmachine learning models
- Ensure reliability, observability, and scalability of applications through best practicesin CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure automation
- Actively contribute to architectural decisions and improvements in Kubernetesbased deployments

Profil To become part of the ROSEN family, you are team minded and convince by an independent and structured work behavior. Moreover, you should bring with you:

- Degree in the field of information technology, computer science or comparable
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Full Stack development, with proven expertise in React, Next.js,and TypeScript
- Minimum 3 years of proficiency in Azure Cloud services (Azure Functions, App Services, Blob Storage,AKS, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including managing applications, scalingworkloads, and working with operators
- Familiarity with monorepo architectures and tooling (NX, Turborepo, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of backend development and API design (ExpressJS, NestJS is aplus)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and DevOps bestpractices
- A problem-solving mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for buildingscalable, resilient systems
