Project Manager, Field Service (m/w/d)
Als Project Manager sollten Sie sicherstellen, dass Aufträge und andere Prozesse faktisch korrekt, fristgerecht und wirtschaftlich abgewickelt werden. Die Grundlage für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit ist eine gute Zusammenarbeit mit den Field-Service-Teams, der Vertriebsabteilung und angrenzenden Projektteams.
Aufgaben
- Leitung und Koordination von nationalen und internationalen Kundenprojekten von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung, mit besonderem Fokus auf Maintenance-Projekte
- Sicherstellung der fristgerechten und budgetgerechten Durchführung der Projekte
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Projektplänen und -berichten
- Identifizierung und Management von Projektrisiken
- Auswahl und Management geeigneter Unterlieferanten
- Teilnahme an der Installation, Inbetriebnahme und/oder Abnahme von Projektlieferungen bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
- Proaktives Agieren im Bereich HSE, Lean Management und Qualitätsmanagement
- Stillstandmanagement als Einzel- und/oder Gesamtprojektleiter
- Bearbeiten von Kundenbeschwerden und Mängelanzeigen
- Aktives Einbringen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Programmen und Produkten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Konstruktion, Fertigung und Qualitätssicherung, um einerseits eine reibungslose Projektabwicklung zu gewährleisten und andererseits die Angebotserstellung und Vertragsgestaltung zu unterstützen
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder eine Ausbildung zum Techniker / Meister mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich der Instandhaltung von Papiermaschinen oder in einer ähnlichen Industrie
- Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten, um komplexe Projekte zu planen und zu koordinieren
- Ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (Sprachniveau C1 oder höher)
- Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem Team zu arbeiten und andere zu motivieren
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit unter Zeitdruck zu arbeiten und Prioritäten zu setzen, um Fristen einzuhalten
- Fähigkeit in einer multikulturellen Matrixorganisation in einem sich schnell verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Project und MS Office, insbesondere MS Excel. IT-Affinität und Freude am Erlernen und Anwenden neuer Programme
- Kenntnisse im deutschen und europäischen Vertragsrecht, um rechtliche Aspekte von Projekten zu verstehen und zu managen
- Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B erforderlich
- Nationale und internationale Reisetätigkeit erforderlich, ca. 30–50 %
