Your Responsibilities

- You assist with tasks pertaining to intergroup agreements, ensuring compliance and coordination between different departments or entities within the organization.
- You support market access-related activities, such as new trader or new product registrations on exchanges or via brokers.
- You provide support to the Contract Management team in the administration and maintenance of contracts related to energy trading activities.
- You assist in daily processes such as contract executions, bank detail confirmations, update of contact details, KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- You develop a comprehensive understanding of the Contract Management team's activities and processes, fostering effective communication and collaboration with internal departments.

Your Profile

- You are currently enrolled as a student in law, engineering, business administration, or comparable qualifications.
- You are ambitious with a positive attitude, strong desire to learn and capacity to work independently.
- You have a collaborative mindset, enabling you to work effectively within the Contract Management team as well as potentially with other internal departments.
- You have excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
- You excel in your communication skills and provide a high level of teamwork and great enthusiasm.
- You have ideally gained initial experience in energy trading/procurement or a similar environment.
