Ihre Aufgaben Ein Produktmanager verantwortet den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Idee bis zum Markterfolg, identifiziert Kundenbedürfnisse, definiert die Produktstrategie und koordiniert die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Teams wie Entwicklung, Marketing und Vertrieb. Aufgaben umfassen Marktforschung, Wettbewerbsanalysen, Priorisierung von Features und die Erstellung von Roadmaps. Der Beruf erfordert ein Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche und marketingtechnische Zusammenhänge und wird über ein Studium (z.B. BWL, Marketing, Ingenieurwesen) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit anschließender Spezialisierung erschlossen - Produktstrategie: Erarbeitet und definiert die strategische Ausrichtung und Vision des Produkts - Marktanalyse: Ermittelt Kundenbedürfnisse und identifiziert Markttrends sowie Wettbewerbsanalysen, um das Produkt anzupassen - Roadmapping: Erstellt und verwaltet die Produkt-Roadmap, die festlegt, welche Features und Funktionen als Nächstes entwickelt werden. - Koordination: Fungiert als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen (Entwicklung, Marketing, Vertrieb, Produktion) und koordiniert alle produktbezogenen Aktivitäten. - Priorisierung: Definiert und priorisiert Features und Funktionen, um den maximalen Nutzen für das Produkt und die Kunden zu gewährleisten. - Erfolgsmessung: Definiert und überwacht Kennzahlen, um den Erfolg des Produkts am Markt zu messen. Ihr Profil - Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen sowie naturwissenschaftliche Studiengänge oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Technische Affinität, sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis - Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen - Strategisches, als auch operatives Denken - Fähigkeit verschiedene Teams erfolgreich zu koordinieren - Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - Kundenorientiertes Handeln und Denken - Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Wir bieten Ihnen eine anspruchsvolle und interessante Tätigkeit in einem modernen Unternehmen der metallverarbeitenden Industrie.
