Wir bringen state-of-the-art Technolgoie in die Procurement- und Sourcing-Abteilungen führender Industrieunternehmen – und verändern, wie Marktentscheidungen getroffen werden. Aufgaben Du kommst aus der Commodity-Welt – vielleicht als Procurement Professional, Market Analyst, Risk Manager oder Quantitative Analyst – und weißt, wie komplex und volatil Märkte sein können. Du kennst die Gespräche auf Konferenzen, die Abstimmungen über Preisannahmen, die Excel-Modelle und Szenarien, die selten so eintreten wie geplant. Jetzt willst du auf die andere Seite wechseln – dorthin, wo Technologie, Daten und Modelle helfen, bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen. In dieser Rolle kombinierst du dein Marktverständnis mit einem klaren unternehmerischen Auftrag: den Ausbau unserer Kundenbeziehungen und Marktpräsenz im Commodity- und Energieumfeld. Du agierst an der Schnittstelle zwischen Markt, Kunde und Technologie – mit fachlicher Tiefe, analytischem Denken und viel Gestaltungsfreiheit. Deine Aufgaben Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern in Procurement, Risk Management und Market Analytics Nutzung deines bestehenden Netzwerks, um Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Partnerschaften zu identifizieren Teilnahme an Branchenveranstaltungen und Konferenzen, um Datasphere im Markt zu positionieren Durchführung von Gesprächen, Workshops und Pilotprojekten gemeinsam mit Data Scientists und Projektleitenden Entwicklung von kommerziellen Angeboten und Business Cases, die Forecasting-Lösungen greifbar machen Marktbeobachtung und Impulse für Produktentwicklung und strategische Positionierung Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Commodity Procurement, Market Analysis, Risk Management oder Quantitative Research Fundiertes Verständnis von Preisbildung, Volatilität, Marktindikatoren und Fundamentaldaten Bestehendes Netzwerk im Energie- oder Rohstoffsektor von Vorteil Interesse an Forecasting, KI und datengetriebenen Entscheidungsmodellen Analytisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten auf Management-Ebene Deutsch und Englisch fließend Benefits Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung mit umfassendem Gestaltungspielraum Eine fachlich anspruchsvolle Rolle mit unternehmerischem Handlungsspielraum Moderne, flexible Arbeitsstrukturen (Remote / Berlin / Münster / New York) Attraktive Vergütung mit erfolgsabhängiger Komponente Diese Position richtet sich an erfahrene Fachleute aus der Commodity-Branche, die ihr Wissen künftig in einem technologieorientierten Umfeld einsetzen möchten -Menschen, die verstehen, wie Beschaffung, Märkte und Risiken funktionieren, und den Wandel hin zu datengetriebener Marktintelligenz aktiv gestalten wollen.
