Unser Kunde ist eine international agierende Finanzinstitution und ist bekannt dafür, nachhaltige sowie innovative Projekte zu fördern. Als Information Security Officer (m/w/d) verantwortest du den gesamten Lebenszyklus der Informationssicherheit – von der ersten Idee, über die strategische Konzeption bis hin zur Umsetzung. Dabei arbeitest du in einem dynamischen, interdisziplinären Team von zwölf erfahrenen Kolleg*innen mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, nutzt moderne sowie KI-gestützte Tools und hast volle Rückendeckung vom Vorstand. Deine Aufgaben als Information Security Officer (m/w/d): Verantwortlich für die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der Informationssicherheit in einer hochregulierten Umgebung Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen nach DORA Nutzung von eigenentwickelten GRC-Plattformen zur digitalen Pflege der Prozesse Aufbau und Durchführung von Schulungen und Awareness-Programmen Begleitung von internen und externen Prüfungen Das bringst du mit: Studium im Bereich IT, Informationssicherheit oder verwandter Fachrichtung – oder eine Ausbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Informationssicherheit – idealerweise in unterschiedlichen Organisationen oder im Beratungsumfeld Tiefe Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen z. B.
