Wir suchen eine/n Technical Project Manager (Mensch).
32-40 Wochenstunden bei 4-5 Tagen/Woche.

Taikonauten entwickeln partnerschaftlich Produkte und Services, indem wir zukunftsorientierte Teams dazu befähigen, nutzerzentriert zu handeln. Wir arbeiten in den Bereichen des digitalen Wandels, Research & Developments wie auch Tech-Startup Acceleration.

Deine Mission
Du sorgst dafür, dass jedes Projekt mit höchster technischer Exzellenz und Qualität umgesetzt wird und stellst damit Kundenzufriedenheit an die erste Stelle. Durch deinen starken technischen Hintergrund, deine Kommunikationsstärke sowie Organisationsfähigkeiten, führst du Entwicklerteams durch technische und zwischenmenschliche Herausforderungen.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Koordination technischer Projektteams als Hauptansprechpartner
  • Deine Aufgaben umfassen u.a. Sprint-Planung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Projektmeetings sowie projektübergreifende Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung
  • Moderation, Analyse und Lösung technischer Herausforderungen mit dem Entwicklerteam
  • Sicherstellung und Einhaltung von Budgets, Qualität und Zeitplänen
  • Überwachung des Projektfortschritts sowie Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsstandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Rolle “Strategic Relationship Manager” sowie Stakeholdern bei strategischen Partnern und Kunden
Qualifikation

Dein Equipment

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager im Technologieumfeld, bevorzugt die Entwicklung von Content-Management-Systemen und Portalen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Web- und Softwareentwicklung, bevorzugt PHP und Drupal
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden (zB. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Gern gesehen, aber kein Muss

  • Facilitation-Fähigkeiten für Workshops und Sprints
  • Erfahrungen mit Shopware, Shopify o.Ä.
