Als (Junior) People Manager (m/w/x) - Schwerpunkt Recruiting trägst du einen maßgeblichen Teil zum Wachstum unseres großartigen Teams bei Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für sämtliche Recruiting-relevante Themen. Angefangen bei der Bedarfsanalyse über die Erstellung der perfekten Stellenbeschreibung, die Planung des Rekrutierungsprozesses und die Akquise geeigneter Recruiting-Kanäle sowie eigenständige Durchführung von Interviews. Du bist auch vollumfänglich im Berufsalltag des People & Operations Team involviert. Neben deinen Recruiting-Aufgaben unterstützt du das Team bei Employer Branding-Maßnahmen und übernimmst Aufgaben in der operativen Mitarbeitendenbetreuung, wie z.B. die Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und diversen Bescheinigungen.

Was Du bei uns machst
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess, von der Stellenausschreibung über das Screening von Bewerbungen, die Gesprächsführung und (Vor-)Auswahl geeigneter Kandidat*innen bis hin zum Onboarding von neuen Mitarbeitenden.
  • Du führst eigenständig Telefon- und Video-Interviews in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Identifikation und Direktansprache (Active Sourcing) von Kandidat*innen.
  • Du verwaltest mehrere offene Positionen gleichzeitig, identifizierst und verwaltest die individuell passenden Recruiting-Kanäle.
  • Du bist an der Entwicklung neuer Recruiting-Strategien beteiligt.
  • Du unterstützt unsere People & Operations Team Lead in vielfältigen Themenbereichen, vor allem in der Vertragserstellung, Personaladministration, Personalstammdatenpflege und Zeugniserstellung.

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir
  • Du kannst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Personalmanagement vorweisen.
  • Du verfügst über 2-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recruiting/Active Sourcing und idealerweise im Bereich People & Operations.
  • Du bist eine empathische, kommunikative People-Person, die den Recruiting-Prozess mit gekonnter Leichtigkeit vorantreibt und begleitet.
  • Du arbeitest sehr organisiert, verlässlich und eigenständig.
  • Du bist passioniert für das, was du tust, und bildest dich gleichermaßen gerne und regelmäßig weiter (z.B. Active Sourcing Tools & Techniken, aktuelle Recruiting-Trends, Personalentwicklung).
  • Du hast Freude an einer sich stetig weiterentwickelnden Unternehmenskultur und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch auf sehr gutem Niveau (mindestens C1).
  • Dein Profil wird abgerundet durch ein professionelles Auftreten mit hoher Überzeugungskraft und Empathie.
