Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen Visiting Analyst (m/w/d) für unser dynamisches und wachsendes Single Family Office. Mit Scale Invest bauen wir das Family Office der neuen Generation. Alle Gewinne aus unseren Bereichen Real Estate, Ventures und Capital fließen zurück in das Startup Ökosystem. Du nimmst eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Team ein und erhältst spannende Einblicke in Investments sowie Start- & Grown-ups.

Was erwartet Dich?

  • Du unterstützt bei der Analyse von Investments gemeinsam mit dem Investment-Team.
  • Du bereitest Investmentmemos und Präsentationen für das Management vor.
  • Du hilfst beim Portfolio-Management bestehender Investments mit.
  • Zudem unterstützt du bei der Buchhaltung und dem Reporting einzelner Investments.
Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du befindest dich mindestens im 4. Semester eines Studiengangs in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Immobilienwirtschaft, Bauingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Erfahrungen in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld wie einem Family Office, Immobilienfonds, der Transaktionsberatung (Big 4) oder im Venture Capital sind von Vorteil.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch ein exzellentes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten und Hands-on-Mentalität sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
