Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt dich als Agile Project Manager (m/w/d) um die Tätigkeiten unserer Products Teams bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Software-Plattform zu unterstützen - d eutschlandweit auch aus dem Homeoffice oder in unseren Offices in Sofia (Bulgarien), München oder Berlin im hybriden Arbeitsmodell.

Du bist Teil mehrerer funktionsübergreifender Teams, welche für den gesamten Software-Lifecycle unserer Plattform verantwortlich sind.

  • Agile Delivery: Als Partner:in für die Teams und Stakeholder unterstützt du dabei, durch innovative Softwareprodukte einen Mehrwert für unsere namhaften Kund:innen zu schaffen, achtest darauf, dass agile Prinzipien sowie Praktiken befolgt werden und förderst eine effektive Zusammenarbeit aller Projektbeteiligten
  • Sprint Planning: Du identifizierst Hindernisse und Risiken während der Sprints, räumst diese aus dem Weg und unterstützt das Team dabei, diese selbstständig zu beseitigen, während du sicherstellst, dass relevante Informationen geteilt werden
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Du bist für die Planung und Durchführung der Sprints sowie für den engen Austausch mit Product Manager:innen verantwortlich, um klare Ziele zu setzen und den Delivery-Prozess erfolgreich zu gestalten
  • Coaching: Als Coach und Moderator:in unterstützt du die Teams in agilen Prinzipien und Praktiken, förderst den Team-Spirit und sorgst für eine aktive Kommunikation innerhalb und über das Team hinaus
  • Optimization: Durch die Analyse von Sprint-Metriken identifizierst du Verbesserungspotenziale für die Teamperformance und förderst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Team
Dein Profil
  • Qualification: Du verfügst über eine fundierte Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet
  • Experience: Du bringst nachweisbare Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement mit, vorzugsweise im Kontext von Softwareentwicklung oder verwandten Bereichen wie Product Management, Product Ownership oder Service Design
  • Competence: Deine Stärken liegen in der Anwendung agiler Methoden und Praktiken sowie im strukturierten Umgang mit komplexen Problemen und du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken
  • Communication: Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, die es dir ermöglichen, effektiv sowohl innerhalb des Teams als auch mit Kunden und Nutzern zu interagieren
