Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für unser zentrales ERP-System (Odoo) und Einführung an allen Standorten
  • Anforderungsmanagement inkl. Kosten-Nutzen-Analyse
  • Koordination von Schulungen / Tests und Projekt-Dokumentation
  • Koordination externer Entwicklungspartner und Dienstleister
  • Mitarbeit bei unternehmensweiten IT-Projekten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Standortleitern bei der Umsetzung strategischer Ziele
Qualifikation

  • Du hast Erfahrung in Projekt- und Prozessmanagement sowie mit Business-Prozessen und deren Umsetzung im ERP-System (Vertrieb/Einkauf/Lager/Finanz/Controlling/Service)

  • Projektleitung mit Verantwortung über Kosten-Funktion-Zeit

  • Lifecycle Management von Business-Anwendungen

  • Analyse, Optimierung, Vereinheitlichung von Standort-Prozessen

  • IT-Administration, Rechteverwaltung, usw.

  • Du hast Odoo-Produktkenntnisse (Version 15)

  • Dich zeichnet eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie wirtschaftliches und lösungsorientiertes Denken aus (Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen, Priorisierung)

  • Du hast eine Abstraktionsfähigkeit zur Vereinheitlichung von Prozesse

  • Du hast Erfahrung im "Mitnehmen" der Anwender und eine Leidenschaft für IT

  • Du hast Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
