Our customer, CMBlu, started in 2011 as a research-driven project with the goal of storing electrical energy in any quantity in an environmentally friendly, sustainable and cost-effective manner. Since then, they have continuously expanded our broad IP portfolio and expertise in large-scale energy storage.

They are a highly motivated, committed, and fast-growing team of over 180 employees now preparing for the market launch of their products and further professionalizing their organization.

Now They're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Owner (m/f/d) to join the "Digital Laboratory" team in R&D Digitalization. In collaboration with cloud, systems, data engineering, and DevOps experts, you'll drive innovative solutions toward a fully networked, automated, and intelligent "Laboratory 5.0."

Aufgaben
  • You take responsibility for the technical backlog and ensure that the requirements are prioritized in coordination with the stakeholders.
  • Together with the Scrum teams, you translate the product vision and strategy into a resilient roadmap.
  • You ensure structured, timely and qualitative implementation in well thought-out releases.
  • You create requirements, write user stories, manage tasks and coordinate the collaboration of various scrum teams.
  • You recognize potential problems and find creative solutions to overcome them.
Qualifikation
  • A degree in computer science, engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • You have several years of experience as a product owner in a technical environment with a focus on software development.
  • Sound knowledge of software development, system architecture and cloud technologies; experience with the digitalization of laboratory processes is an advantage.
  • You are experienced in the use of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and have a deep understanding of the requirements and challenges in agile projects.
  • You are able to clearly and concisely communicate technical requirements to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and can cut through complex technical issues and make strategic decisions.
  • You are business fluent in German and English.
