Your Tasks

Identification of new course potentials

  • Market research and investigation regarding current market trends, customer needs and identification of new course potentials
  • Development and implementation of product strategies to achieve the innovation goals and to increase the competitiveness of the DCI
  • Developing product roadmaps and plans to ensure that product development is in line with business objectives
  • Researching and taking responsibility for content creation for new courses through smart working methods

Introducing new courses

  • Create decision papers for the Head of Product, the management and the founders
  • You report directly to the Head of Product
  • You will be responsible for guiding the product organisation.
  • Project management, leadership and follow-up: you will be responsible for ensuring that milestones are met and that the project progresses.
  • Leading the product development team
  • Monitoring the respective product life cycles in the markets:
  • MAT (Measure with an Awarding Body) and
  • FBW (promotion of further vocational training)

Teamwork
In collaboration with...

  • Quality Management, you are responsible for the approval and release of all necessary certifications for the new courses.
  • Marketing you are responsible for the placement on the market
  • Sales you ensure the number of students
  • the IT department you organise a smooth course launch
  • Program Operations you ensure a good student journey
  • Together with our Head of Teacher, you will ensure healthy teacher planning.
  • you work with the Product Owner on content development / creation
Your Skills

Professional experience

  • Several years of professional experience in product management, product launch and product lifecycle management as well as market research
  • Knowledge of the education environment / practical experience with (IT) training providers
  • Knowledge of working across departments in an international staff environment

  • particularly customer-oriented and have the ability to reconcile the wishes of different stakeholders
  • known for your analytical and strategic way of working and possess a high degree of initiative, commitment and innovative thinking coupled with skills to develop creative and pragmatic solutions
  • confident in the German and English language (C1)
  • interested in education, the development of education business fields and strong motivation to develop new business fields

Nice to have
Completed studies in a relevant field of knowledge (e.g. product management, project management) or comparable training
