Aufgaben
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung von neun Mitarbeitern im Bereich Accounting & Consolidation in der Unternehmenszentrale in Deutschland
  • Verantwortung für Konsolidierung, Bilanzierung, Treasury/Trade Finance, Finanzbuchhaltung, Steuern (einschließlich Transfer Pricing und Betriebsstätten) sowie Patente
  • Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Erstellung von Monats-, Halbjahres- und Konzernabschlüssen nach IFRS sowie Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB für die deutschen Konzerngesellschaften
  • Eigenständige Erstellung des Halbjahresfinanzberichts und des Geschäftsberichts (Konzernabschluss und Konzernlagebericht) für zwei börsennotierte Aktiengesellschaften
  • Monatliche Berichterstattung an den Vorstand und das chinesische Mutterunternehmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem Controlling
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Banken, Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerbehörden und Stakeholder
  • Intensive Zusammenarbeit und fachlicher Austausch mit den Leitern Accounting der Tochtergesellschaften
  • Beratung und Betreuung der Tochtergesellschaften bei übergeordneten Fragen des Rechnungswesens
  • Verantwortung für das rechnungslegungsbezogene interne Kontrollsystem
  • Konzeption, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Berichtserstattungsprozessen sowie Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen des Vorstands
  • Entwicklung und Pflege der Bilanzierungsrichtlinien und Erarbeitung fachlicher Stellungnahmen
  • Direkte Berichterstattung an den Finanzvorstand des Konzerns
Qualifikation
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägte Expertise in Bilanzierung und Bewertung nach IFRS und HGB
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Rechnungswesen oder im internationalen Prüfungsumfeld; zusätzliche Qualifikationen als Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer sind vorteilhaft
  • Wünschenswerte Kenntnisse im internationalen Steuerrecht und Transfer Pricing
  • Erfahrung in der Bilanzierung im Bereich langfristiger Anlagenbau von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP-FI/CO, idealerweise auch in Konsolidierung mit SEM BCS
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit pragmatischer Umsetzungsstärke
  • Kenntnisse im Kapitalmarkt- und Gesellschaftsrecht von Vorteil
