We are not just looking for a Business Development intern, but someone who believes that what she / he does matters and that they can have an impact. An intern to us is just another MAOMAO sister / brother who can take self-initiative and responsibility for their resort of work and within the MAOMAO family. It will be a wild ride but, let’s take on this challenge together and reach for the top of the Asian Food game Aufgaben Social Media Content Creation (especially Tik Tok) Edit videos, create social media content, ideation Product Picture Editing Manage Email Marketing Flows Confident presentation of the brand, our products and other content through spoken video sequences in front of the camera Research of food trends and implementation for our brand Qualifikation Practical experience in Social Media Content creation Intermediate Video & Picture Editing skills Previous experience with Canva First experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo is a Plus but not a Must Confident handling of all (other) common social media networks and online communities such as Instagram, Tiktok & Youtube Willingness to personally participate in marketing events and provide external support You are currently enrolled as a university student, ideally enrolled in a business / marketing/ communications related subject You work independently and like to take responsibility yourself. You are interested in food and especially Asian food. Previous experience in the food sector is a plus (but not a must) Not afraid to speak out ideas and speak to unfamiliar people You speak German or English on C1 level, you speak Chinese, Japanese or Korean on a C2 native speaker level Experience from previous internships in Design, Marketing or Sales ideally in a start up, agency or consulting environment Shows self-initiative, a Can-Do-Mentality, energetic Available for at least 3 months Benefits You work day to day directly with the founders (previously active in VC, Amazon e-commerce and star gastronomy).
