We’re searching for a dynamic, ambitious MBA graduate ready to embark on a unique, accelerated leadership journey: a fast-track pathway to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role within 12 months. Tasks This is a rare chance to become the face of a high-growth company, drive business expansion, and play a pivotal role in investor relations and fundraising. You’ll work closely with the founding team, receive hands-on mentorship, and develop the skills and vision required to assume the CEO position within a year. Key Responsibilities: Leadership Development: Immerse yourself in all aspects of the business and the iGaming sector, rapidly building the capabilities to step into the CEO role. Public Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media, building our brand and reputation. Investor Relations: Engage directly with current and prospective investors, clearly communicating our vision and supporting fundraising efforts. Business Growth: Collaborate with the founding team to identify and execute growth strategies, expand our market presence, and drive revenue. Strategic Planning: Contribute to company strategy, product development, and operational improvements, ensuring alignment with our long-term objectives. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Education: Recent MBA graduate from a top-tier business school. Experience: Demonstrated leadership potential, ideally with experience in tech, gaming, or startups (internships, projects, or early-career roles). Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation abilities Strong analytical and strategic thinking Entrepreneurial mindset Relationship-building skills with investors and stakeholders Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Personality: Ambitious, charismatic, resilient, and highly motivated to take on increasing responsibility.
