Für unseren Kunden, ein börsennotiertes Unternehmen der Energiebranche, suchen wir ab sofort einen Juristen (m/w/d) als Legal Counsel im Bereich Datenschutz für die Dauer von 12 Monaten mit der Option auf Verlängerung.

Datenschutz | Legal Counsel | Remote | Temp. 12 M. | 50 - 100% | € 60.000 - 80.000

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Prozessgestaltung eines neuen Datenschutz Management Systems (DPMS), insbesondere im Bereich der Datenmigration
  • Umfassende Zusammenarbeit und Absprache mit dem Tool Provider zwecks Umsetzung des neuen Tools
  • Erarbeitung von neuen Dokumentationsprozessen, sowie Vorbereitung datenschutztechnischer Schulungen und Schulungsmaterialien für Mitarbeiter und Management
  • Anpassung und Einpflegen von bestehenden Daten in neue Tools
Qualifikation
  • Voll-, Diplom- oder Wirtschaftsjurist (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Datenschutz
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Gestaltung von Datenschutzprogrammen- oder Verfahren
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
