Lab Technician (f/m/d)
Become part of the R&D Team at our green chemistry startup and work on discovering novel catalysts for the energy transition in a human-robot collaboration. In this role, you will learn state-of-the-art techniques ranging from inorganic synthesis to device fabrication. Furthermore, you will gain exposure to the startup scene and commercial product development.

Tasks- Inorganic synthesis, thin-film deposition, and device fabrication
- Performing electrochemical testing and characterization
- Organize the laboratory and the chemical inventory
- Use data management tools and operate automated laboratory equipment
Your profile:
- CTA training or Chemielaborant:in apprenticeship preferred; B.sc. in Chemistry will be considered
- >2 years of work experience in the laboratory
- Diligent and detail-oriented, practical mindset
- You are a fast learner and get things done
- Good command of English (B1), German skills are a plus
Nice to have:
- Practical experience in electrochemistry and / or thin-film deposition
- Interest in startups, digital tools and climate technologies
