In dieser Rolle kombinierst du zwei Hüte: Du bist der zentrale Product Owner für alle Produkte (Fotobox, App und interne Tools). Du führst die neue Abteilung Project & Product, entwickelst Prozesse, steuerst OKR und etablierst echte Produktprofessionalität im Unternehmen. Kurz: Als Head of Project & Product schaffst du Klarheit, Fokus und Prioritäten – und verbindest operatives Product Ownership mit strategischer Abteilungsführung. Bei uns bedeutet diese Rolle nicht nur Strategie, sondern echtes operatives Ownership: Du steuerst das Product Ownership selbst, weil wir genau hier deine Expertise am dringendsten brauchen. Gleichzeitig baust du die Abteilung auf, entwickelst dein Team und wächst kurz- bis mittelfristig in eine klassische Head-of-Rolle hinein. Du bist die Person, die Chaos verhindert, Tempo ermöglicht und unser Wachstum vorbereitet. Was dich bei uns erwartet Product Ownership (Fokus der Rolle) Du trägst das vollständige Product Ownership für alle KRUU-Produkte – bis später Product Owner und Product Manager einzelne Bereiche eigenständig übernehmen. Du bist der zentrale Backlog Owner für Fotobox, App, und interne Tools. Du priorisierst und übersetzt Produktanforderungen nachvollziehbar und transparent, sodass Themen strukturiert im Backlog landen und nicht ungefiltert im Unternehmen herumschwirren. Du führst die bereichsübergreifende Abstimmung zwischen Growth, Operations & Management. Du arbeitest eng mit der Entwicklung zusammen, damit sich das Team wieder voll auf das Coden konzentrieren kann – für mehr Tempo, höhere Qualität und klare Prioritäten. Führung & Struktur Du führst und entwickelst zwei Teilzeit-Kolleginnen, die aktuell die Funktionen OKR Coach, App Project Manager und App Product Owner verantworten. Du baust die Abteilung Project & Product weiter auf und schaffst Rollen- und Prozessklarheit. Du verbesserst den OKR-Prozess, sorgst für Klarheit in Zielen und Prioritäten und stellst sicher, dass alle Teams fokussiert an den Unternehmenszielen arbeiten. Du verantwortest den Impact-Check nach Releases, überwachst KPIs und leitest Learnings ab. Du schaffst eine professionelle Produktkultur mit Fokus auf Daten, Kunden und Klarheit.
