Production Associate intern

We are looking for a Production Associate Intern to work as a right hand to the founder. You will work directly with the CEO on a wide range of strategic and operational projects to build the production line of the future. This is your lens into the early stage of an investor-backed hardware startup. We are looking for a high-impact problem solver that will have full ownership of their work and is encouraged to bring in your own ideas. Key priority is the launch of our new facility and setting up the production line. Join us in redefining the production process of tomorrow. Tasks Work on improving the production process by continuously optimizing production steps, order and software. Source & implement key parts of the production line. Build automation for manual tasks around quoting, logistics, and production. Collaborate with our electrical design engineers to set and implement production standards. Requirements Technical background in an engineering domain. Comfortable to get your hands dirty in a hardware production environment. End-to-end capability: you see things through to the end without asking about every step. Get things done mentality: prioritising progress and results over process. Highly organized, self-directed, and resourceful. Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and loves wearing multiple hats.
