Aufgaben The Role: As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will play a critical role in both developing and refining software solutions that are central to our business objectives. This position offers a clear pathway to advancing into a Chief Software Architect / Engineer role, providing a unique opportunity for professional growth and leadership. Your Path to Impact Short Term: Design and implement innovative software programs and systems that meet strategic business needs. Engage in all phases of software development from concept through deployment and support. Troubleshoot and optimize applications to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. Maintain and improve existing software, incorporating user feedback to enhance system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with overall business strategy. Long Term: Assume responsibility for identifying and resolving system-wide challenges and inefficiencies. Lead the planning and implementation of new software projects, ensuring they align with long-term strategic goals. Enhance software architecture and infrastructure to support scalable and sustainable growth. Uphold high standards of software quality and reliability across all projects and initiatives Qualifikation What You bring to the Team Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Extensive experience in full stack development including proficiency in Python, Java, C++, AngularJS, and Git. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Preferred Experience: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with real-time data processing and multithreading.
