As a Senior AI Engineer (F/M/*), you design and fine-tune advanced models, build adaptive AI pipelines, and optimize performance to keep our platform at the top. Tasks
  • You own the integration, fine-tuning, and deployment of vision and language models to enhance platform quality, efficiency, and scalability
  • You build automated AI pipelines that adapt to user behavior, optimizing model selection, retraining, and performance
  • You benchmark and evaluate cutting-edge models on domain-specific datasets, ensuring high accuracy and relevance for customer needs
  • You optimize search and answer generation speeds by developing lightweight models and improving inference efficiency
  • You research and implement the latest AI advancements, leveraging techniques like multimodal models and retrieval-augmented generation
  • You collaborate with engineering, and customer-faced teams to align AI improvements with business goals
  • You drive the continuous improvement of our AI solutions through the identification and testing of emerging technologies
Requirements
  • As an AI expert you have extensive knowledge not only of LLMs but about Graph Neural Networks, CNN, LSTM etc.
  • You have at least five years of expierence with deep learning methods
  • You have worked on and developed your own model architectures and supervised training runs on large compute clusters
  • You are experienced with Java, C++, C#, Rust, or similar compiled/strongly typed languages
  • You are familiar with GitOps development processes and workflows
  • You have hands-on experience using AI in your everyday life inlcuding image generation, code generation classification, etc.
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You have published papers at international conferences or journals about deep neural networks and their applications
