Aufgaben

Als Praktikant im Bereich Fuhrparkmanagement unterstützt du unser Operations-Team bei der Verwaltung und Organisation unseres Fahrzeugbestands. Du wirst in verschiedene operative Aufgaben eingebunden und erhältst die Möglichkeit, eigenständig einzelne Gesellschaften zu betreuen. Dabei spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Erstellung von Reports und der Kommunikation mit unseren internen Partnern.

  • Unterstützung im operativen Fuhrparkmanagement, inklusive Verwaltung und Organisation des Fahrzeugbestands
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Reports sowie regelmäßiger kommunikativer Austausch mit unseren Gesellschaften
  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Koordination einzelner Gesellschaften im Rahmen des Fuhrparkmanagements
  • Durchführung von Führerscheinkontrollen unserer Mitarbeiter zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen und operativen Aufgaben
Qualifikation
  • Gewissenhafte, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Kenntnisse weiterer Sprachen sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Fuhrparkmanagement sind wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
    Der Arbeitsort ist unser Standort in Dahlewitz, mit der Möglichkeit, zwei Tage pro Woche im Home Office zu arbeiten.
