Dein erster Arbeitstag ist vorbei und du klappst glücklich dein MacBook zu.
Du hast heute bei einem Welcome Call alle NanoGiants persönlich kennengelernt. Du freust dich morgen darauf bei deinem ersten Sprintwechsel dein Team und den Kunden noch besser kennenzulernen. Für das Projekt ist bereits eine grobe Roadmap festgelegt aber die nächsten Wochen kannst du dich aktiv daran beteiligen die App noch ein Stück besser zu machen. Für die nächste Woche ist bereits dein erster Coaching Termin mit deinem persönlichen Coach sowie das erste Teamevent geplant – natürlich alles zusammen mit Menschen, die nutzerzentrierte Softwareentwicklung genauso lieben wie du Unseren aktuellen Tech-Stack findest du hier.
Während du im Home Office langsam Feierabend machst oder von unserem Office nach Hause gehst, denkst du: "Krass, hier kann ich mich in den nächsten Jahren echt weiterentwickeln."

Aufgaben- Kunden: Zusammen mit deinem Scrum Team verantwortest du die Umsetzung des committeten Sprint Backlogs in Wert, Nachhaltigkeit und Qualität
