Bei Bridgemaker sind wir in den Bereichen der Gründung neuer, digitaler Corporate Ventures sowie im Business Building aktiv. Das bedeutet, dass wir einerseits innovative Ventures in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern gründen und andererseits neue Geschäftsmodelle im Kerngeschäft entwickeln. Beim Business Building liegt unser Fokus darauf, bestehende Geschäftsmodelle zu optimieren und neue Einnahmequellen zu erschließen. Wir unterstützen unsere Partner dabei, ihre strategische Planung zu verfeinern und die Umsetzung ihrer Geschäftsstrategie zu stärken

Für dich bedeutet dies eine spannende Spielwiese, da du die verschiedenen Entwicklungsstadien eines Ventures kennenlernst oder aktiv an innovativen sowie zukunftsfähigen Produkten und neuen Geschäftsbereichen arbeitest.
Dabei bist du Teil eines agilen und interdisziplinären Teams, welches deine fachliche sowie persönliche Entwicklung fördert, um mit dir gemeinsam erfolgreiche Ventures zu gründen.

Das bringst Du mit
  • Du befindest dich derzeit in deinem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium oder hast diese gerade abgeschlossen
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen durch ein Praktikum in der Managementberatung oder im Start-up Bereich gesammelt
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Du arbeitest teamorientiert und proaktiv
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, den Status Quo gewinnbringend und immer wieder aufs Neue zu hinterfragen
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Monate Zeit für das Praktikum mit, gerne auch länger :)
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse
Aufgabenbereich
  • Du unterstützt eines unserer Projekte in den verschiedenen Phasen des Innovationsprozesses
  • Du identifizierst, beurteilst und priorisierst Geschäftsideen, -modelle sowie Märkte
  • Du ermittelst Markttrends unter Berücksichtigung disruptiver Technologien
  • Du führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Interviews mit internen und externen Stakeholdern durch
  • Du unterstützt bei der Prototypenentwicklung
  • Du konzeptionierst und validierst Markteintrittsstrategien und erarbeitest Business Cases für neue oder bestehende Geschäftsmodelle
  • Du bereitest die Skalierung vor und erarbeitest Automatisierungs- und Expansionsstrategien
